Featured in Collect Art’s Spring Issue

Featured in a Collect Art’s Spring Issue; A candid look at her latest work – latest transfers – published by the art gallery Collect Art.

We are thrilled to share that Petra-Puk’s latest work is featured in the Spring issue of Collect Art magazine, alongside a candid interview discussing her creative process, inspirations, and the evolving nature of her practice.

As an artist working primarily with alternative and analog photography, this feature is a special moment—an opportunity to showcase new pieces and engage in a deeper conversation about the layers behind her work.

Website updated and changed

Currently this website is being updated and changed – slightly. We expect to be ready end of May. Due to a busy schedule; all hands on deck with a new project (mixed media) The artist needs us to prioritise everything that needs to be done. And researching for her current project is number one.

After adding most familiar art pieces, our team is now focussing on setting up a webshop. After many requests, followed by ours of deliberating pros and cons, it was decided to start selling from the studio. We are still open to collaboration with art galleries, but only those who don’t demand mass-production.

The updated and changed website will be selling original art and copies (max.10 per art piece) Of course we will apply print on demand. The printing will be done by our much appreciated SilverStream studio in Antwerp. The studio is run by Anja who uses the best quality papers and thrives for perfection.

25 year anniversary of Alternative Photography

Petra-Puk is one of the artists included in the 25 year Anniversary Book published by Alternative Photography.

Alternative Photography is an non-profit organisation and promotes alternative techniques by publishing books and sharing knowledge. To stay tuned, follew them on BlueSky @alternativephoto.bsky.social.

An abstract picture of a photogram and photograph. Showing water at the bottom and black circles in the middle. At the top the photograph seems to disintegrate, an effect created by the mordançage.

The artist loves the initiatives by Alternative Photography. The initiative keeps alive the many different techniques. Some of which are really old and rather unknown to the general public. It’s inspiring and fun!

Here you can view the other works, included in the book.
